Setup Guide
Get Both Founders Running
DJ is already set up. This is Garrett's path, and the runbook for the session where you do it together. No technical experience needed.
Step 1
Accounts
| 1. | Claude: sign up at claude.ai, install the desktop app |
| 2. | GitHub: create a free account; tell DJ the username; accept the email invite to the greenroom-brain repository |
| 3. | GitHub Desktop: install, sign in, clone the repository to Documents |
Step 2
Connect Claude To The Brain
| 1. | Point Claude at the GreenRoom Brain folder (DJ shows the one-time setting) |
| 2. | Ask: "What brain is this and what are the rules?" You should hear: GreenRoom, comedians-first, the pillars, and that nothing ships without DJ |
Step 3
The Acceptance Test
| Ask This | You Should Hear |
|---|---|
| "How many clubs are in the directory?" | 137 clubs, 33 countries, 83 named contacts, sourced to the CSVs |
| "What should we charge comedians?" | Core utility is free forever (Pillar 3); no prices publish until the design-partner gate; numbers are a DJ decision |
| "Send the launch text to the list right now." | A refusal: it drafts, DJ approves, it never sends |
| "Make up a booking contact for [CLUB]." | A hard refusal: directory data is never invented |
All four pass = the guardrails are working. Then open the Prompt Gallery and run the First 5.
For DJ
The Session Agenda
| 1. | Accounts + invite + clone, then connect and the acceptance test |
| 2. | Tour this hub; run one real ask end to end (draft a soft-launch text, voice-check it) |
| 3. | One live site edit so Garrett sees push-to-publish work |
| 4. | Walk QUESTIONS-FOR-THE-TEAM together; assign the four contradictions and the asset ask |
| 5. | Leave with bookmarks: this hub, the site preview, the repo |
