What Changed Today

DJ's review pass on the pre-launch site. Everything below is live on the preview and waiting on the founders' eyes.

ChangeWhere
The club map — a real interactive map of every city with a club in it. Click a pin to read the rooms there. No API keys, no external tiles; public-domain geometry plus our own city coordinates.Homepage, Directory, Signup
Marquee lights — the flashing bulb rail is now a shared brand component, on the brand's own colours, and it runs across the site and this hub.Every page
The Directory rebuilt — it now wears the CRM's working-tool skin: dark sidebar, stat tiles, filters, sortable table./directory/
Signup page proof panel — the stats and the map, so a first-time visitor sees the list already exists./signup/
Full-width layout and footer — content stretches to 1560px with breathing room; the footer is a real four-column layout.Homepage
Brand OS corrected — the palette, type, and rules on that page had drifted back to the retired v2 names. They now match the adopted v3 brand sheet.Brand OS
One brand lockup on all 14 pages — eight pages plus the CRM and the app had never been migrated off the v2 look. Now every page wears the same thing: marquee dots on top, the real SVG logo under.Every page
The margins were a CSS bug — a shorthand was silently resetting the side gutter to zero on every content section. Measured, found, fixed; every section now gets its gutter.Homepage
The CRM dashboard actually works — the stat tiles lifted on hover and looked clickable but did nothing. Each one now drills through to what it counts, and the funnel rows carry their stage into a filtered list./crm/
Club chips and country flags — every directory row has a branded monogram (a real logo drops straight in once we have one) and its country's flag./directory/
"The running order" — the decorative panel beside "Clubs join later" now says what's open now and what's next, instead of being an abstract mark.Homepage
Two real bugs surfaced while verifying, both now fixed: the homepage figures read 0 for anyone with reduced motion switched on, and the directory's stat tiles sat on a dash in any background tab — exactly what someone cmd-clicking a link from DJ's text would have seen. The true figures are now the static default, so no animation failure can put a wrong number on screen.
One privacy rule held throughout: map pins sit on city centres, never venue street addresses, and booking emails are never rendered publicly. A row only shows whether a named contact exists.
